I started my Weight Watchers Journey in December 1, 2016. Knowing myself, I made a commitment to really get involved in participating in the program for the first three months. I’m the type of person who benefits from getting serious in order to plant some deep roots that will become my automatic way of living.
Every morning, I would sit down and think about what I need to work on and then created a media post out of it. Most of the time, I would create something small and simple and once in a while, put more than a few hours into finding the perfect image and writing out something that would develop my writing skills. My posts were posted on the Weight Watchers Connect App, a Facebook group, my Facebook homepage and recently, WordPress.
I started Weight Watchers weighing 236 lbs and now I’m under 200 – which is awesome!
