One of the most effective tools that I’ve been using to supercharge my day is to take some time for getting-my-mind-ready through quiet reflection, prayer and meditation.
In the morning, while munching down on my healthy breakfast, I go over what I want to develop, think about what I can improve and chuck out anything that would clutter up my day – this works for me.
